The Hotel rooftop restaurant with a spectacular harbor and whole of Stone Town view serves a selection of Zanzibari and international cuisine with carefully selected organic ingredients and freshly caught seafood.

Breakfast consists of home-baked breads and pastries, exotic fruits, homemade jams, organic honey from the neighboring island Pemba, freshly made juice and the Tanzanian prime tea or coffee. Additional items range from eggs by choice to cornflakes and yoghurt.
