Udzungwa Mountain National Park
Udzungwa Mountain National Park is a marvelous park located 348 km, 5 hours drive from Dar es Salaam, South central of Tanzania covering an area of 1990 sq km. The major attraction of the park is its bio-diversity and unique rainforest with its six type of primates including two endemic species, the Iranga red colobus monkey and the Sanje crested mangabey.
Wildlife: The plateau supports population of elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard and wild dog as well as rare species of forest birds.
