Babu's Tented Camp is a classic safari style tented camp, the only permanent camp in Mkomazi National park. The camp has five tents which are set amid baobabs and thorn acacias in the northern part of the reserve overlooking towards the Gulela Hills. It has the tasty cuisine, staff are attentive and the amazing surrounding landscapes are wide and lovely. Wildlife drives and walks, including to a nearby rock pool and stream.

Babu's Tented Camp is a semi luxury accommodation located inside Mkomazi National Park in North Eastern Tanzania. It is the first tented lodge to be built in this park and the only facility that offers accommodation for tourists. Mkomazi is virtually untraveled, making Babu's Camp the ideal destination for those discerning guests who prefer the experience of peace and solitude while enjoying Africa's beauty.

Accommodation:
At moment the camp have a set of 5 large, en suite walk-in luxury safari tents. each measuring 10 m long and comfortably furnished with wooden bed, wardrobe, changing area, safari chairs and a writing desk.
- Each tent has an en-suite bathroom with flush toilets and hot showers.
- 3 tents have a large, double bed and 2 have twin beds. Triple tents are available.
- The dining tent offers ample seating inside and out on its verandah as well as a full service bar.

Electricity is provided by a silenced generator (220 Volt, 07:00-09:00 and 18:30-23:00 daily), which provides lighting throughout the camp and in the tents.

In the event of an emergency, The camp is equipped with an HF radio .
