Our driver David was super and he helped us sort out the schedule.

I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the support provided by our driver, David Kiama, on the trip to Mwingi on Sunday/Monday of this week.  It was a difficult trip with not so clear directions from the project team we were visiting and part of the road was very rough.  David was super
- he helped us sort out the schedule
and got us to the place we needed to be, coordinating with the team we were to meet.  He drove carefully at all times. 
Coming back to Nairobi the journey was long, but his good attitude never flagged.  He was courteous and clearly felt responsible for my colleague and myself.  All his work and proactive attitude were much appreciated. 

You are lucky to have him on your staff.
